Marion read Nickname, a reminiscent of a childhood neighbor named Marion who went by Mern. The two became friends  shared gardening and the nickname. She also read "At the San" about her grandmother's stay in a tuberculosis sanatorium.

Meagan read a cliffhanger of Chapter 1 from Let's Not Talk About It, a novel in progress. Friction between mother and teenage daughter hits home for many.

Cecilia read Do You Have a Doodle-Do,a poem telling of the tiny clothe dolls her mom made (Doodle-Dos) and how she brought them to life.

Rose read Extracting Nutrients from Tragedy, recounting her  accident as a pedestrian that put her in the hospital and how she found strength in her faith. She also read two poems, Communication about sharing pain and Pussywillow " like a moment in time".

Michal read  April 24, 2025, sharing her thoughts this morning. Her story ends 100 years later with " World Harmony Day."  Read the full story on our Spotlight page.
